During the webinar, a question was raised about whether it is possible to obtain information from suppliers directly in the solution, when onboarding and reviewing suppliers.
We confirmed that the next version will include functionality for sending forms to suppliers, and that the completed form will be brought into the solution under related cases.
It was suggested that the supplier’s responses should be entered directly into fields in the form used for creation and review. We can confirm that this will be supported, so that individual fields in the supplier’s response can be written into the corresponding individual fields on the supplier form itself.
